In January, I celebrated my 5 year Twitch Partner anniversary with an event called, “Celina’s 5-Star Watering Hole”. Stream was decorated in a bar-like aesthetic, and I served up wacky, fictitious drinks to community members! Dissolved Aspirin and goth mommy nail polish, anyone? What about a sip of shaving cream and keyboard dust?
In February, I visited Michigan and then drove to Celina, Ohio. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to stream from a town that shared my name. I was so excited to be wandering around and seeing my name everywhere!
There was even a Big Foot statue in Celina, OH, named Nelson. Can you believe it? Look at the size of that foot!
The biggest news of the year (so far!) is that I was invited to be a Twitch Ambassador and given this shiny new badge! I did a “soft” celebration on stream where I shared the news with everyone. Ambassador is the most prestigious honour that a Twitch Partner can be granted on Twitch. I was selected to join around 200 others who have been recognized as outstanding streamers, role models, mentors, and innovators. At the time of writing this, the news is still challenging for me to accept, but I am very excited and humbled by the invitation. I hope I can continue to make Twitch and my community proud.
The sweetest stream to date was March-Oreo-Mania! I sampled 30 different flavours of Oreo until my mouth felt like sandpaper and my sugar crash landed me on the floor. We built a 70 layer Oreo tower and ranked flavours in a tier list on the front page of Twitch! My favourite flavours were the Sour Patch Kids and Blueberry Pie Oreos.
On March 16th, I celebrated my birthday with the community! We danced, laughed, cried, and I enjoyed a delicious Oreo cake that I baked the night before using the leftovers from the March-Oreo-Mania stream. Thank you to everyone who celebrated the day with me. It was a blast!
At the end of March, I went to PAX East in Boston. PAX East is an annual four-day gaming convention that celebrates gaming culture by showcasing game demos, products, and technology. I really enjoyed my time there and am so thankful I got to stream from the convention floor! I was especially drawn to the artists and handmade booths. I bought this really cool cropped hoodie from Patch Notes Apparel.
While I was in Boston, I had to stream from Harvard University again. It was where the “Stop farting, chat” alerts all started. In 2024, I got up on the steps of the Harvard library and begged chat to stop farting for the first time. The meme lives on and now I record “stop farting” alerts anywhere I go. Oh, and that’s a plastic foot that has now become a stream staple.
In other news, two new emotes were recently added! Say hello to celinSICK and celinCORNER.

This is my first time publicly sharing what goes on in the #secrets channel in my Discord server. For those unfamiliar: Discord is an online communication app where users can chat via text, voice, or video in real-time within organized spaces and channels. The #secrets channel is an exclusive section of my Discord server that is only accessible to Twitch Tier 2, Twitch Tier 3, or Discord Subscribers. It’s my way of offering extra content for those who are able to support above and beyond. The #secrets channel sees a lot of lifestyle content: food, travel, selfies, pet pics, and more! I visited a Video Game Archive while I was in Michigan. It was neat to see games in person that I’ve played on stream, like A Link to the Past.

I went to a Harvard Art Night while in Boston. Of course I had to point aggressively at this piece that was literally called, Untitled (Corner Prop Piece).
This plastic foot was gifted to me by noturmombutmaybe for my birthday. It’s become quite the stream prop. I interviewed people at PAX East with it by putting a microphone between the toes. I even took it to parties and dinners! It’s a big hit and great conversation starter. To no one’s surprise, I now own two.
This Radiolab podcast called Galaxy Quenching was shared with me by MasaMagic. It’s about the life and death of galaxies, intertwined with grief. Dimming and dying galaxies make new stars in their place of death through a process called galaxy rejuvenation. Learning that something beautiful can be created from seemingly nothing is important to me. I hope you enjoy. Trigger warning: Emotional and talks about death of loved ones.
Shoutout to these wonderful people for their funny and memorable contributions to the community. There are many community members I want to mention, but since this newsletter is covering three months, I had to randomly pick a few from a hat. During our playthrough of Glue Factory Simula- I mean Horsey Game, Blackheart2086 realized that the game’s theme sounded awfully similar to a popular Nelly song. Several hours later, this mash-up was born.

After some major life changes, the death of a partner in January 2025, and two months later, the death of my father, I came back to Ontario from British Columbia, where I had lived for 10 years, with the intention of moving back permanently to be closer to family. That intention changed quickly when I realized how much more comfortable I felt on the West Coast. I decided to at least stay until my father’s estate process was wrapped up and my mother felt well enough to be on her own. During this time, I’ve been streaming from my grandmother’s house and living at my mother’s. I am eager to be on my own and find a soft place to land back in British Columbia and plan to hit the road in May. Thank you so much to everyone who donated to help fund the move. I intend to stream from the road and will be sharing my journey in the Discord server, mostly in #secrets, with posts in #wholesome-sharing and on Instagram as well. Until I am settled somewhere in BC, expect my stream schedule to be sporadic and almost exclusively from mobile.
