One of my favourite streams from the past few weeks was this one by the beach, pictured above. It was so calm and comfortable. The scenery was beautiful, and we caught the sunset, which you can see a glimpse of on the left there. I got to wear my new favourite Udder Tuggers hat. Yup, I said udder tuggers. Shoutout to Huey_84 for sending it—along with a matching jersey—to my PO box, 6 months ago! 😂 Most edged unboxing I’ve ever done but hey, we got there at the end and it was well worth it.
June also saw the launch of our very first mug merch item! Presenting Georgie, my grandma’s cat, in his favourite chair. Georgie was an integral part of my streams from grandmalina’s house, and this mug memorializes that era! Thank you so much, LotusJansmann, for the phenomenal artwork.
The funnest stream in June was the one where I went into Vancouver to experience FIFA hype! ⚽🍁 The city was a sea of red because the Canada vs. Switzerland match was being held at BC Place, and we got to be a part of it! We even caught the Canadian National Anthem from outside of the stadium!
The first stream from my new streaming room was also very nice. Just like themrpowpow’s 69 month resub! 😳 It was bare-bones, but it otherwise felt like business as usual. I’ve included this gif below so that you can decide for yourself… 👁️👁️
I introduced chat to their new corner (the place where they go when they’re bad, which is all the time 😡), and I showed off some beloved stream props that I haven’t had access to in a while, like my Please Laugh sign (handmade by oh_mg), and my crysknife that I won at PAX East a few years ago!
My spontaneous keyboard cleaning stream was also a huge hit! It felt really nice to be able to stream a task on my to-do list, and to have made people laugh in the process. Someone noticed a stuck pixel in the overhead camera and the community made sure to point it out as often as possible. Yup, there it is, right inside of that red circle, on the foot, being licked by Spongebob. Not a sentence I ever thought I would put together, and yet, here we are.

Sunsets over beautiful landscapes are one of those things that make me feel thankful to be alive. Look at how cool the clouds look! I want to motorboat that water! Yea, I said what I said.
I took a bunch of photos of our new mug for my merch store. Secrets got to see some silly selfies with it, too!
I had the most delicious lemongrass soy chicken vermicelli bowl at one of my favourite vegan restaurants. I know it might sound crazy if you’re an avid meat-eater (trust me, I used to be, too!) but you’ve gotta try plant-based chicken. With the right sauce or breading and preparation, you’ll be in heaven.
This photo above wasn’t even shared in the #secrets channel! It’s a newsletter exclusive! 🥵 But I mean look at Leon Kennedy poppin’ and lockin’ it. Can you blame me for wanting to keep it to myself?! I got these things from the Twitch Vancouver Meetup! I went with a friend, as well as a fellow streamer, Will Shand. One of the vendors was selling hand drawn photo booth pictures! I had to get one (and request that they include Footsie, of course).

It’s not an easy thing to admit, but it’s been a really, really long time since I’ve finished a book from start to finish. I prefer podcasts, music, poetry, short stories, and reading sections of non-fiction writing that interest me. Also chat, I read a lot of chat. That counts, right? This is why I’m so proud that I finished the fiction novel The Caretaker by Marcus Kliewer. Kliewer’s fame came from a short horror story he shared on Reddit that ended up going viral. When I saw this in a bookstore, I decided to grab it after reading the intro because—get this—it’s a horror story with supernatural events that heavily mirror Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I’m not plagued by OCD like I once was many years ago, but it was still validating and interesting to read because of how it intertwined with a horror story. I enjoyed it, and I recommend it.

Something cool that started in the community this past month was our custom greetings that people are sharing in #general chat of my Discord server!

From Link slashing paper plates, to Koalas holding signs against clear blue skies, and even one that was a collaborative effort between two community members, it’s brought some creative energies to an otherwise simple greeting. Maybe we’ll start seeing some “goodnight” ones! 🌙
The community’s creativity didn’t stop there. It continued on to a game several of us played together on stream called Meccha Chameleon.
Meccha Chameleon is a hide-and-seek game where players paint their stick-figure characters and change their poses to blend into the environment. It didn’t take long for a human centipede to be formed in the waiting area of my lobby. 😌
Shoutout to ky13 for trying to disguise himself as a part of this horse. Can you find him? 👁️👁️
