Feeling inspired by my Canada x Sweden collab with Hekimae, I attempted to bake a Swedish dessert: a vegan semla! We got quite far, but the power went out at the end from a thunderstorm, so we Soprano’ed outta there. Oh, and LeadurX set my crotch on fire. Thanks, LeadurX 😃👍

Since I went through so much effort to move my PC to my kitchen, I figured I’d stay there a little while and made Feetza the next stream! The toenails are carefully cut pepperoni, and I even used Italian spices for the toe hairs. 😌 Something only a perfectly stable person would do, of course. Thank you, Shervicke, for the suggestion!
Couchlina in the house! 👁️💋👁️ Alongside the kitchen adventures, we had a few comfy streams from my couch where I did a Q&A and read chat’s deepest, darkest confessions.
We also checked out an adorable game called A Corgi’s Cozy Hike. Hidden throughout the game where these heartwarming developer diaries of the story behind the game. The devs, Johnson and Dan, are passionate about mental health awareness, and 10% of the game purchase goes towards animal shelters. This has got to be one of my favourite little Easter eggs in an indie game.
The most exciting thing from the past month was my trip Seattle! We added gum to the infamous gum wall, and roared like Godzilla (and definitely not like a cat) at the Space Needle.
I also streamed from the convention floor of PAX West! I interviewed artists, developers, and attendees with my plastic foot aka Footsie. I just slapped a mic between the toes and did my thang. 😌🎤🦶 There were so many notable and funny interviews, but the product that stood out to me most was Grim Omen, a subscription magazine full of the latest games, reviews, playthroughs and more, all with a flavour of dark fantasy, sci-fi, and horror.

Delicious vegan sushi that I enjoyed in Seattle with Josh, Khan, and Teddy (THE BLERP GUY. Or “John Blerp”, as he called himself). Would you believe that the topping on these sushi rolls is actually red pepper?
I got to visit my moderator and dear friend, Banewall! Despite my Hot Girl Tummy Troubles™️, we had the best time together and took SO many awesome pictures. We also both showed up in matching flannel, completely by accident, which might be the most Canadian thing to ever happen. 🍁

I don’t talk about it much, but I am a huge fan of dubstep, all kinds of it! That genre carried me through some of the hardest grieving I’ve ever done, and it will forever hold a special place in my life. I think I was drawn to the chaos and unpredictability of it. It felt like it understood what I was going through when I couldn’t put it into words. Maybe that’s why I’ve always loved the tracks with no lyrics at all. They left room for whatever I was feeling.
This past weekend, I head-banged for days straight to the Lost Lands music festival and wanted to share this piece of myself with you all. One of the best sets was Excision's, who founded and hosts the whole festival.
It was my first time ever experiencing a music festival online, and I didn’t expect it to hit the way it did. The production was incredible, but what really got me was being in Twitch chat alongside thousands of other people: the emotes, the reactions, everyone losing their minds at the same drop. It felt like a crowd, a real one. I was typing and emoting so much that I ended up making a few new friends, and now they hang out in my streams!
It reminded me that the things that help us through our hardest moments can end up bringing us to new people, and new experiences. I’m really grateful for that, and for all of you.
